JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are looking to hire energetic trainee testers for our i-Swat testing team. Candidates with a passion for testing and aspiring to become a test engineer are invited to apply. As a trainee you will be trained by our experienced i-Swat test engineers and you will be actively involved in testing all aspects of web applications\/ product\/ system like function\/component, system, performance, regression and service. You will also interact and work with our software development engineers responsible for developing our web applications\/product\/system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SKILL-SET REQUIRED<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 0 to 2 years of work experience in manual testing with knowledge of automation scripts in Selenium
\u2022 a bachelor or master degree in Computer Science or any other discipline with additional training on software testing
\u2022 knowledge of java will be an added advantage
\u2022 attention to details and passion for testing
\u2022 no 9 to 5 mentality
\u2022 ready to work in a startup environment
\u2022 decent communication skills
\u2022 able to work with strict deadlines and under pressure
\u2022 focused on getting things done<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

– Professional Experience of C\/C and Embedded Linux development preferably in Networking products.
– Computer Science\/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
– Shall be a CCNA certified Professional. Additional CCNP Certification will be a huge plus.
– Solid understanding of Object Oriented concepts.
– Knowledge of network protocols and stacks such as TCP, UDP, SNMP, IPv6.
– Ability to pick up new code, understand it, and modify\/enhance it.
– Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills and strong team collaboration skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
