Job Description for Spotify Jobs 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your mission will be to contribute to the India goal of driving paid subscriber growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Execute growth initiatives end-to-end, focussing on the whole conversion funnel, working with internal teams and external partners to drive those initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Execute marketing campaigns on owned media to drive subscriber growth across Spotify Premium portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

You will be an important member of the global Premium team and work closely with our global functional teams in executing Premium growth and retention projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will collaborate with other teams in India (eg. consumer marketing, podcasts, music, business development) to ensure that we enhance growth opportunities across all the business levers that we have at our disposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Must-Have Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  • Should have a minimum of 1-3 years’ of experience in marketing or program management<\/li>
  • should have a proven track record of executing projects independently getting things done in collaboration with cross functional teams<\/li>
  • Should be opportunistic and can capture and execute opportunities as they arise, even under very tight deadlines<\/li>
  • Should have an understanding of performance marketing in the consumer tech space and have exposure to creative development for performance campaigns<\/li>
  • Should have the ability to analyse & interpret data, build models and make business recommendations based on data to support decision making<\/li>
  • Should have a strategic mind and can derive insights, recommendations and action plans from qualitative market trends and consumer feedback<\/li>
  • Should have a strong personality, are self-motivated and driven and are comfortable working remotely from other team members and senior leaders but even so manage to stay in sync by being an excellent communicator<\/li>
  • Should speak Hindi and English fluently<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
