Job Description for Molex Jobs 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The role of the Analyst is primarily to the Capabilities of -Vendor Management, Supplier enablement, and Materials classification. This role also includes new capability development, New project transition, process defining and driving with the team, Analytics, System expert in new tools, ERP \u2013 SAP and SAP Ariba, that are supporting Global Molex and its subsidiary entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Role Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022To be work for process account capabilities and initiatives of Materials \u2013 Material classification, material mapping and analysis, Vendor management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Ability to understand the global process and policies to execute the tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Ability to establish the priorities and follow through an objective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Result oriented, problem solving, decision and execution focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Can be relied upon to deliver results in expected timelines, identifying and escalating roadblocks where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Maintain Stable and Sustainable process though the presenting process to ensure proper and efficient process execution and transition to operations team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Day to day process involvement in Materials classification, Material mapping, Analysis, and supplier management request processed through SAP ECC and SAP Ariba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u2022Specialized skill deliveries for additional assignment based upon the business and Management expectation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Undertake any other relevant assignment as directed by supervisor or functional head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Flexible to work as per business requirement on job rotation and new assignment or transition job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Ready to accept the change in process and role\/responsibility as per business\/ management requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Ad hoc assignment support \u2013 Cross functional department or vertical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Extensive working knowledge in Windows 10 \/ XP, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, Outlook, SAP Ariba, SAP etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
