Zoom is looking for a key team member in our Systems Compliance position that will support change management and compliance in our internal systems. This position plays a crucial role in engaging and coordinating with internal groups on identifying potential compliance issues and driving their resolutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Successful candidates for this role will be able to prove they are a trusted advisor to the business on all things compliance, communicate the importance of compliance activities effectively to multiple audiences, and have a strong desire to improve current processes to make the company more scalable as Zoom continues to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Assist with audits of the company\u2019s IT frameworks with a key focus on controls
\u25cf Serve as a champion for best practice implementation with business users regarding change management, access control, and information security policy implementation
\u25cf Reduce risk by proactively identifying and resolving risk findings with business stakeholders
\u25cf Facilitate evidence gathering requests from internal and external auditors, working with applications SMEs to efficiently obtain compliance-related documentation
\u25cf Write well-designed documentation of risk findings in order to train other users of best practices
\u25cf Maintain detailed status tracking of outstanding compliance requests, including facilitating meetings with stakeholders to drive completion of action items
\u25cf Review current business processes and identify improvement opportunities to help create a more efficient control testing approach
\u25cf Execute IT compliance, security, and risk-management related projects across the enterprise
\u25cf Attend compliance project-related meetings and be the technical point of contact
\u25cf Identify toxic access combinations to ensure that segregation of duties is enforced across enterprise-level applications
\u25cf Work with the business to understand access requirements and design scalable roles to improve the security posture of the company
\u25cf Develop training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences to help facilitate transition into enterprise systems and processes
\u25cf Conduct educational sessions on policies and procedures with all levels of staff from management to customer support<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Zoom Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent
\u25cf Experience working in a large Auditing\/Risk Assurance Firm a plus
\u25cf 3+ years of experience in systems compliance audits and\/or risk assessments
\u25cf Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\u25cf Familiarity with issue tracking tools (JIRA preferred)
\u25cf Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision<\/p>\n\n\n\n
