Work with other engineering and product development departments to optimize GE products;<\/li><li>Drive Process changes and simplification allowing the team to achieve &#8220;Fulfillment Excellence&#8221; thru on-time delivery with first time quality for all proposals;<\/li><li>Help in the testing of new digital tools to simplify micrositing and loads assessments.<\/li><li>Contribute to new and existing design practices.<\/li><li>Track industry trends and R&amp;D initiatives.<\/li><li>Proactively implement trends and new ideas into our internal processes in collaboration with the global WRA team.<\/li><li>Foster metrics to maximize customer satisfaction &amp; minimize resource consumption.<\/li><li>Lead peer reviews.
