test time reduction.<\/li><li>Working knowledge of semiconductor quality and automotive standard process control.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with production &amp; Characterization data collection at Wafer as well as Package level.<\/li><li>Experience in working in production test floors, bench instruments &amp;
