This position is a rare opportunity for you as a memory circuit professional to work with our successful circuit and layout team. You will discover a wide variety of groundbreaking foundries while collaborating with our team on many different types of memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this role you will be working on the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contribute to Memory architectures and Memory compiler development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transistor full-custom design and collaboration with the physical design team for layout realization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop new features, improvements, and optimizations in order to meet Performance, Power and Area targets!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate memory characterization activities and analyze results!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be comfortable with basic programming tasks (scripts, memory compiler tiling code)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure high quality and high-performance memory designs with the lowest possible power as needed for Arm CPUs, GPUs, and SOCs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We Prefer graduate or postgraduate from a university or Engineering School, in Electronic Engineering or equivalent Engineering Degree.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>0 to 3 years of experience in&nbsp;in SRAM\/memory designs\/ characterizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong interest and command on BASIC electronics <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital Electronics  fundamentals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setup and hold time concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memory fundamentals, especially for single-port-SRAM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of technology trade-offs in deep sub-micron technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive outlook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organized and exhibits attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cNice To Have\u201d Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shell Scripting, ML, Automation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statistical simulations (e.g.: Monte-Carlo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In Return:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arm is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and colleagues.
