You\u2019ll be responding to and investigating queries, providing support on business processes, policies and procedures and developing an understanding of customer and business needs in order to suggest improvements and increase efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll also be:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>We\u2019re looking for recent graduates (Fresher in the fields of B.Com, B.A., B.B.A,BCA or B.Sc (2020, 2021 or 2022 Pass outs Only) who\u2019re comfortable working in round-the-clock rotational shifts.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying barriers to performance and coordinating improvements to enhance our efficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working closely with operational centres, providing coaching and support to increase efficiency and knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping accurate records of day to day operations, logging incidents and identifying trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviewing manual or ineffective processes which could be automated or enhanced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining a focus on improving our customer service and experiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The skills you\u2019ll need<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be successful in this role, you\u2019ll need to have excellent planning and organisational skills, along with good attention to detail.
