non-functional requirements, features, etc ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage and interact with the internal team &#8211;
