We require an IT Executive / Hardware & Network Engineer who is smart has Mac OS & Windows OS knowledge and has good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Role Description
- Mac OS Knowledge eg Formatting and Reinstalling OS thru USB drive
- Ability to build Bootable USB
- Knowledge of Recovery, iCloud, and Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop / laptop OS issues
- Maintain installed PCs, networks and peripherals.
- Identify and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
- Configuration of MS Office, Outlook Express
- Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove virus.
- Configuration of printers, data card, scanners etc.
- Network cabling, crimping and punching.
