Role Description
- The role would offer an opportunity to work on payment related initiatives with leading banks, financial and national institutions.
- Identifying areas of operations/business that require improvement through a data driven approach.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external banks/networks to strategize and implement technical solutions that can create business value.
- Tracking of Success Rates and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement in products and systems.
- Responsible for the management of business reporting and any ad hoc reporting required from time to time.
- Working with cross-functional teams to own and optimize data systems.
- Leverage data to drive customer engagement.
- Suggest product/UI changes to optimize for conversion
- Customer first attitude ; always on toes to lessen pain points of customers
- Research oriented ; keeping track of the latest solutions and technologies on the payments space
- Addressing internal queries and data requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficient knowledge of SQL and Excel is a must.
- Have a strong bias for execution
- Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively
- Strong analytical acumen and problem solving
- Proficient knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals
- Be skilled in building and managing business alliances
- Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment
