Job Description for LU-VE Group Jobs 2021
The Engineer-Process Engineering in Spirotech India will be responsible for: Feasibility, outline, and detailed process design including mass balances, process flow diagrams.
Responsiblities
- Evaluating manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs
- Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling
- Ensuring product and process
- Improving manufacturing
- Maintaining product and process
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Handling production planning for the heat exchanger process for HVAC Business
- Experienced or interested in processes i.e. brazing, fin press, Expender, pressed and moulded components
- Eliminating customer complaints in coordination with Quality Department
- Ensuring quality standards (of product and process) in the individual production cycles
- Contributing to the optimization of processes and products in terms of compliance with international quality standards
- Contributing to the achievement of the effectiveness and efficiency objectives of the entire production system
- Ensuring implementation of production parameters and quality standards
- Contributing to reduce/maintain the PPM rejection level
- Rejection analysis, preparing improvement plans and implementation of actions to be taken to improve product quality
- Ensuring sustainability of the improvement projects
- Coordinating the laboratory tests and quality control of semi-finished products to evaluate and classify any defects
- Verifying the correspondence of the product characteristics to LU-VE specifications. Based on the defects found, proposes the technical solutions to remove them
- Supervising the qualitative work during the processing phases
- Checking the product characteristics of the materials purchased or made to produce on behalf of third parties and the compliance of the finished product with the specifications requested by the customer
- Performing quality control of procurement
- Team skills development & improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge the concept of production systems as a whole and the specific processes of the production related to heat exchangers
- Standardization, calibration and optimum utilization of machines, equipment, gauges and fixtures
- Statistical data collection techniques
