Role Description
- Working knowledge of drafting methods, especially in CREO assembly.
- Clear understanding of product structure, BOM, and basic knowledge TLA, sub-assemblies and component details.
- Able to create exploded views with ballooning.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare assembly with required assembly structure as per the company standards.
- Basic understanding of Bill of Materials and Parts Lists for simple to moderately complex Assemblies.
- Prepare drawings with exploded views as per the components mounting locations with proper representation as per the company standards.
- Work closely with product engineering team to prepare parts manuals as per the requirement.
- Ability to review and do the quality checks of parts catalogue and manuals as per the requirement with cross functional team.
Experience and Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of handling large assemblies in CREO.
- Understanding of basic products which includes: Top level assembly, sub assembly structure, and component level.
- Excellent skills of graphical representation of system assemblies, subassemblies and parts which clearly gives pictorial understanding without any difficulties.
- Able to work under tight time constraints to meet schedules and project deadlines.
- Flexible with ability to work in a fast growing, dynamic and rapid-paced workplace with minimal supervision.
- Drafting experience in engine related Top-level assemblies.
- Hands on assembly/disassembly and fieldwork will be added advantages.
- A willingness to learn, adapt and grow.
