Role Description
Responsibilities
- Compilation and analysis of various monthly reports including global monthly mobile services data, end user asset data etc
- Submitting global Purchase Requests, chasing approvals, delivery dates, receipting and invoicing for main end user hardware (laptops, screens, mice, keyboards, headsets)
- Managing administrative elements of relationships with key vendors (e.g. GTT)
- Creating BI dashboards and managing data that feed key Operations team reports
- Chasing key stakeholders and gathering requirements and data for specific monthly or quarterly reports (e.g. royalty reporting)
- Providing data analyst/dashboard support on specific Operations projects
