Role Description
- Analysis, Design, and assessment of steel and concrete structures pertaining to Rail Infrastructure;
- Implementing design solutions from conceptual to Construction stage
- Implementing Retrofitting measures
- Acumen of Innovation
- Deliverables as per scope, budget, and program with the best quality having QA/QC followed.
- Handling project under BIM Level 2 details and sound understanding of BIM workflows
- Preparation of AIP, Design, and Assessment reports
- Required Competencies;
- Analysis and design Software such as MIDAS/LUSAS/STAAD Pro V8i/ROBOT etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Eurocode and Network Rail Standards
- Good at fundamentals of Structure behavior.
- Design and assessment of all structural elements of rail infrastructure such as Bridges of all functionalities, Station Buildings, Platforms, Civil ancillaries
- Load Rating of rail bridges.
- Basic drawings tool knowledge.
- Computation of quantities.
- Report writing skills
- Ability to understand existing condition reports and surveys.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 1 to 8 years of experience.
- Strong mathematical and/or engineering capabilities underpinned by MTech or equivalent qualification.
