Role Description
- Maintain and Support CDK’s infrastructure which includes different Infra technologies such as Cloud, Network, OS Linux, windows and Hypervisor, Database, Monitoring tools, backup tools and Event&Incident Management.
- Good understanding about 3rd party Infra utilities and Infra administration.
Job Responsibilities
- First line of support for any issues based on the alerts from different OEM’s.
- Triage and Remediate issues related to our infra and also product specific, handle ServiceNow tickets as per SLA compliance.
- Provide 24x7x365 rotational support of production systems and services.
- Maintenance including software and hardware troubleshooting, system repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Work with our Dev/QA groups to respond to work requests regarding installation, configuration and maintenance of server software and hardware.
- Strictly adhere to change management process while implementing changes to the infrastructure.
