- Experienced. You have completed a degree in business management or related fields. It’s a plus if you have some experience putting your knowledge to work.

- Analytical. You like to build mental models and think fundamentally. You question new information and only accept it after intellectual scrutiny. You are well versed in basic analytical tools like excel and are able to quantify information for clarity.
- Function agnostic. You can work with multi-skilled teams effectively and are able to find a common denominator across skill-sets to bring forth a cohesive picture of the business.

- Market analysis to determine the viability of business ideas and product fitment.
