Job Description for Foundit formerly MonsterIndia.com Internship Jobs 2023
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will work on the Recruiter POD of foundit to drive strategic product initiatives alongside the other PMs, reporting directly to the AVP, Product, foundit.
- The candidate can be a Fresher BTech/MBA with 0-6 months of experience.
- The candidate will work alongside a strong team of 15+ PMs from multiple PODs. Basic technical skills, UI/UX knowledge, data ninja, analytical thinking, CleverTap, MixPanel, Freshpaints required.
- Understand the macro product roadmap and implement it at the micro level. PM skills like writing PRDs, handling engineering discussions and gathering business requirements necessary.
- Basic understanding of human resourcing space. (few articles of secondary research is sufficient)
- The candidate will directly work on features identified in the FY-23/24 Qtrly roadmap and push it to get it done in his/her tenure.
