Role Description for Globalzone Jobs 2021
Understanding client requirements and interfacing between clients and departments
within organization.
• Oversee the planning, monitoring, controlling & evaluation of the whole project.
• Vendor Management
• Understanding project details, preparing project schedule, updating the schedule as it
evolves.
• Assisting the client in sourcing and procurement; to the extent desired by the client
from the consultant.
• Making Tenders, supervising tender specification, tender evaluation, interaction with
bidders and recommendation of the reward of work, participation in price negotiation
based on current market trend & value, preparation of draft works order.
• Wherever necessary, assist the Client on technical issues to obtain their
comments/approval on design documents, to their satisfaction.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, QC, and status reporting of the project.
• Analyze QC manual and ensure the quality of work.
• Communicate with the client, client billing, and follow up with contractors and other
agencies involved in the project.
• Prepare interim and final reports and submit them to the client and to the management as
well.
• Handing over the project and obtaining a completion certificate.
• Ensure that the project is completed in stipulated time.

Technical Skill Set Required:
• Good in Engineering Design.
• Exposure to INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS
