ABOUT HAL COMPANY
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited is an Indian state-owned aerospace and defense company, headquartered in Bangalore, India. Established on 23 December 1940, HAL is one of the oldest and largest aerospace and defense manufacturers in the world today. HAL began aircraft manufacturing as early as 1942 with licensed production of Harlow PC-5, Curtiss P-36 Hawk, and Vultee A-31 Vengeance for the Indian Air Force. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR HAL RECRUITMENT 2021
Candidates applying for the Engineer post must possess the following desired qualification:
Candidate should possess a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech Provisional Diploma or B.E./B.Tech Certificate from a recognized Board in India. (Candidate must be an Indian National)
b. Candidates who have completed Three Years (3-Years) after obtaining a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech certificates are not eligible.(Calculated from the Date of Passing mentioned in the Provisional Diploma or B.E./B.Tech Certificate/ Diploma or B.E./B.Tech Certificate)
c. Candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered for Apprenticeship Training under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.
d. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.
e. The marks obtained in Diploma or B.E./B.Tech all Semester must be mentioned clearly.
g. Suppression of facts will lead to disqualification at any stage of the selection process.

SELECTION PROCESS FOR HAL RECRUITMENT 2021
1) A common merit list will be prepared for each core branch, based on the marks scored in the Diploma or B.E./B.Tech examination and candidates will be selected for the apprentice training from the merit list.
2) Reservation for the selection of candidates will be made as per Govt. norms.
