Job Description for Hubbell Jobs 2021
We are looking for a candidate who is having good knowledge in Solidworks software. Candidate should have knowledge in Electrical connectors components, Legacy drawing conversion from 2D to 3D Models, Engineering change order (ECO). Also should have good knowledge in SAP EC process (BOM, Routing & DIR updates)
Role Description
- Need to create Drawings based on ASME Y14.5M – 2009 standards.
- Proficiency in Solid works software modeling & drafting.
- Knowledge in Electromechanical products.
- Need to understand top-down approach principles. Create parts & assembly using skeleton model.
- Knowledge in product database & product life cycle management.
- Knowledge in materials (Ferrous, nonferrous & plastics)
- Knowledge in manufacturing process (Plastics, Sheetmetal, machining process)
- Knowledge in GD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis.
- Good Team player – Develop good interaction with team lead and team members
- Should have Good communication skills oral & written.
- Should act as technical interface to customers and is responsible to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedule
- Need to work in sales & production drawing request.
- Maintain high Quality standards & deliver projects on time. Need to work in shifts.
Must-Have Skills
- Should have working knowledge in SolidWorks, AutoCAD software
- Autodesk Inventor software is added advantage.
