Job Description for Mace Jobs 2021
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking billing engineer to join our established and growing team.
The role will be responsible for the preparation of bills of quantities and contracting of work.
The project has a total built-up area of around 5 million square feet including six buildings, an atrium, and five basements.
Role Description
- Preparing bills for payments and estimating quantities and order of materials for construction.
- Providing analysis of rates of non-BOQ items.
- Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction.
- Inspecting the work as per architectural and structural drawing and maintaining the record of inspection.
- Recording the executed work i.e. reports after execution and daily progress report.
- Managing the execution of the work as the excavation of building for foundation, the layout of the building, RCC work and shuttering fixing and levelling as per drawing and specifications.
- Handling the auto level and executed the surveying work.
- Providing the layouts of the plan, marking and setting out of the building.
- Providing systematic working with the target of zero accident and implement the standards down the line to ensure the target of zero incident.
- Implementing of quality assurance plan.
