Job Description for OX Softwares Off Campus Drive 2022
Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and create test cases based on it
- Peer review for test cases
- Test data creation in test systems
- Planning and executing as per the defined Test Strategy
- Handle and resolve customer escalations effectively
- Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Good understanding of the business model.
- Good communication with development teams.
- Good hands on experience in Manual testing.
- In depth understanding of software testing and QA process.
- Experience in e-commerce domain is an advantage.
- Automation testing knowledge is an added advantage.
Salary Breakup:
- 1 to 6 months – CTC ₹ 15000/Month (₹ 10000/Fixed, ₹5000/Variable Pay)
- 7 to 18 months – CTC ₹ 23000/Month (₹ 17000/Fixed, ₹6000/Variable Pay)
- 19 to 30 months – CTC ₹ 27000 to ₹ 42000/Month) The salary hike will be based on performance
- Commitment Period: 30 Months
- Variable pay will be paid after completing the commitment period with OX SoftwareS

OX Softwares Off Campus Drive Eligibility Key skills
Requirements:
- We are looking for an QA Tester to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
- In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.
- Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.
Key Skills:
- Sound knowledge in Manual Testing, Web Testing.
- Proficiency in preparation and execution of Test Cases.
- Exposure to any performance/functional tool will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, written & communication skills.
- Knowledge in the ecommerce industry will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience in automation testing is a plus
