Job Description:
- Should have basic marketing knowledge (Funnels, attribution, KPI, etc)
- Scale Referral Marketing through optimizing the AIDA Model framework
- Work with product, Influencer & social media team to increase the Referral awareness among users
- Interest to learn E-commerce landscape (Inventory management, Supply-Demand, Logistics & Fulfilment)
- Can think First Principles
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills (Coordination with multiple internal/external stakeholders)
- Analytical, Data-driven approach towards problem-solving – Creativity – Willingness to learn multiple digital media/inventories
- Strong Excel/Google sheet skills or quick learner – Technology-driven.
- Plus if have a basic understanding of tech or from and tech background (CS/IT/ETC) with interest in marketing.
