XL Dynamics India Pvt. Ltd. provides end-to-end Mortgage Process Outsourcing solutions to clients. They have proven expertise to support processes across various parts of the mortgage value chain from loan processing through secondary market portfolio management and servicing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first level Technical Support to the clients in the USA.
- Troubleshoot application login, user profile set up and software related issues.
- Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by operational teams related to application.
- Manage issue resolution by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the user’s desktop.
- Record escalation from employees and notify Development and QC team for required changes in application.
- RCA documentation and Issue resolution documentation.
