Technical Support Engineer
- Provide voice based support to international/domestic customers over phone (Inbound and Outbound).
- Should be able to build a rapport with the customer, with clear and confident communication.
- Focus to be on customer satisfaction and first-time-resolution.
- Engaging with the technical team for providing faster resolutions to technical issues.
- Working closely with the technical content team to identify gaps in the help module.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.

Market Analyst
- Understand the product, its market, competitors, most typical customer profile and growth prospects.
- Write, rewrite, test and maintain website and landing pages.
- Create and maintain accurate comparison documents.
- Write briefs for ads, landing pages, marketing videos, webinars, email campaigns.
- Maintain analytics for website and non-regular marketing campaigns.
- Create content that adds value to customers, prospects and the market in general.
- Track and optimize pages to improve traffic and conversions.
Visual/Graphic Designer
- Help build design work across multiple mediums on a variety of projects, from small pieces to multi-channel campaigns.
Build digital assets for marketing campaigns that align with the look and feel of those campaigns across other touch points. - Assist in the planning, ming and creative for marketing automation campaigns to include Email, Social Media, PPC.
Design templates for Landing Pages, Email using custom CSS and styling to help support brand message.Design onsite creative including A/B testing and better UX design to help drive. - Design dynamic banners and static banners for Google Display Network and other 3rd party networs.
- Assist in design websites with Wire-framing and UX capabilities.
- Design printed collateral, signage, print ads, etc.
Software Developer
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Contribute in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Web Developer
- Develop new components based on the design spec.
- Work independently and write maintainable code.
