JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attend kick off meetings, get full kit information from sales team, DAP generation and presentation. Prepare ADER chart for assigned project in consultation with Department head and flawless implementation to achieve set departmental targets. Plan and test prototypes while maintaining excellent records of results and submitting those to knowledge data base at PMO.
- Effective weekly planning, communication and execution to build innovative prototypes selected for organizational growth.
- Participate in team building activities, self management, inter departmental coordination, site visits, customer interaction during DAP, FAT activities, co-ordination with automation team, machine/fabrication/assembly shop, supplier and vendor for on time project completion.
- Actively engage in RCA of field issues, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, cost reduction initiatives.
- Thorough implementation of data storage, retrieval and security management protocols.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Machine design, manufacturing process and Raw/finished materials, accessories availability in market, hands on knowledge of Inventor and Auto cad.
- Interpersonal communication skills, Logical thinking
- Systematic approach to plan and execute projects/experiments, risk mitigation skill
- Ability to respect and implement principles and values of organization.
