- Salary: 2.5 LPA+ Incentives

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech, BSc, BCom
- Specialization: Any
- Graduation year of passing: 2021/2022
- Percentage: 60% Above (10th, 12th/Diploma & Graduation)
- Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year
Job purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the complete end-to-end recruitment process for the assigned candidates
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target
- Manage different types of candidates at the same time
- Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
- Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
- Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
- Ensure the set KPI targets are achieved Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
- Update ATS tool daily/weekly
Skill Set:
- Good in communication.
- Proactive in approach.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in candidate relationship management
- Experience working for IT recruitment.
