Job Description for Acciona Jobs 2021
- Independently perform complex operational tasks in his/her unit/department, in keeping with the instructions provided by his/her supervisor, in order to satisfy the project’s needs.
- Utilisation of the energy generation based on energies (according to technology), in accordance with its real situation, while maximizing the economic results over the project’s useful life and ensuring operation of these under optimum safety conditions for persons and facilities while conserving the environment.
Role Description
1. To Attend Preventive maintenance as per schedule; ensure WEG’s and related types of equipment are maintained in neat and technically acceptable conditions according to standard engineering practices
2. Coordinate with CECORE to create outages for all planned /unplanned activities
3. Document the work done indicating consumption of spares/ consumables, list further actions along with targeted completion dates
4. Ensure that the work log entry is made by the co-worker’s also checking open work orders and taking necessary action to closed without delay
5. inform the Site manager of any abnormalities noticed that cannot be fixed immediately
6. Keep up-to-date with all operating/ maintenance manuals, checklists, service bulletins, etc.
applicable to the WEG and associated equipment, carry out servicing activities as per the latest certified checklists, manuals, and service bulletins
7. Train newly recruited co-workers & sub-contractors
8. Ensure safety and care of all tools, tackles, measuring instruments, and spare parts in custody
9. Comply with all HSE / ISO & all other statutory requirements
10. Ensure site office and SCADA room are maintained in good condition Monitor the performance of security personnel/ operators, report non-compliances Assist in the sub-assembly of WEG components at the factory premises whenever required
11. Coordination with Site- Manager, store / MAXIM entires, PMS, Accounts, Shift change, Technical Department, Inter department & KPTCL,
12. Monitoring Log Book of each WTG Machine & necessary precautions to achieve 98% of machine availability
13. Identify repeated errors and take corrective actions, Maintain tools and communication equipment.
14. Carry out Housekeeping ( 5s) activity of all control panels and each WTG as per schedule and levels agreed
15. To assess personal training needs, discuss with Sec / Site head, learn on job skills, get nominated on training programs, and improve skills.
16. Has responsibility and authority to supervise subcontractor’s operators and security contractor’s personnel.
17. Understanding the requirements, identifying the gaps, setting priorities, scheduling activities according to fulfill
18. Not satisfied with status quo, would identify areas for improvement and continuously drive to
improve processes, methods, productivity, speed, quality, etc
19. Need to prepare Daily Generation report & Insurance related documents for Business interruption &Materail failure)
20. Having a thorough knowledge of Microsoft tools
21. Need to prepare Monthly, Quarterly & yearly turbine performance report, MTTR & MTBF reports
