Job Description for AmbetronicsJobs 2021
The role includes Customer support, On-site Installation and Commissioning, Servicing, and Repairs which includes the following responsibilities for our range of products.
- The on-site visit for installation and Commissioning PAN India.
- Regular Travelling to Multiple sites as per requirement.
- Coordination with customer for site availability and readiness.
- Technical System integration and coordination with an electrician for cable laying and casing.
- Installation and Technical Commissioning of the complete system at the site.
- Alarm Challenge test of the system.
- On-site Training to Customer and Document preparation.
- On-site calibration and AMC.
- On-site / Off-site fault finding and implementation of corrective measures in system.
- Repairing of instruments based on the requirement.
- Telephonic and online support to customers as per requirement. Also, the Back office Team will be available to coordinate with the Back office Team
- Maintain on site service report, MOM copy, AMC Raw data, customer feedback, etc.
- Customized calibration reports based on requirements.
- Sales Lead generation to visit nearby company as per requirement and collect maximum reference from Plant visit to Generate Sales Lead and coordinate and share to the marketing dept.
Must-Have Skills
- Technical competence to understand the system and process implementation;
- Servicing, maintenance, installation & commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of our electronic instruments;
- Calibration of gas detection systems, process control instruments and our other range of Products.
- Good communication skills.
