Job Description for Bosch Jobs 2022
- Generate CAD Assembly and Drawings for ABS components in UG-NX, Teamcenter
- Generate Design concepts, Detailed design and release Manufacturing drawings
- Generate Bill of Material in SAP P99
- Perform Tolerance Stack up and other Design calculations of ABS components
- Design and development of Jigs and Fixtures
- Execute Engineering Change Requests
- Support Design and Process FMEAs
- Create and Modify Offer drawing, Technical Customer Document, Order specification, Manufacturing and Test specifications
- Working together and Technical contact window for Simultaneous Engineering team comprising of international project team members, production plant, customers and suppliers
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in creation of 3D/2D in UG-NX and Teamcenter
- Experience in preparing and maintaining BOM in SAP P99
- Hands on experience in GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis
- Hands-on experience in design of Jigs and Fixtures
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design simulation
- Good working knowledge on Plastic and Sheet metal component design
- Good experience in different manufacturing processes (Machining, Forging, Staking, etc.)
- Ability to identify problems and root causes, being creative in problem solving and solutions
- Self-motivated and independent working capability
- Good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills
