We are looking for a Data and Analytics Developer to join our team to focus on delivering data-related solutions to our clients. The Data and Analytics Developer will build, implement, automate services and support Microsoft BI solutions both on-prem and in the cloud.
In this role, you will use your experience in all stages of database project work (requirements, logical and physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment).
The Data and Analytics Developer will possess a firm grasp of BI implementation methodologies and will have had in-depth experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS/Data Factory, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Analytics/SSAS, and PowerBI).
The Data and Analytics Developer must have experience with the Microsoft BI stack both on-premise and in the cloud, exposure to other technologies is a plus.

Position Responsibilities
- Design and implement databases, ETL routines, cubes, performance tuning, automation and reporting in addition to providing support and enhancements to existing client solutions. This includes defining the physical table structures, including any modifications required to support business reporting requirements, the overall data model, ETL development and the data dictionary used to support standard and ad hoc BI reporting.
- Build the infrastructure required for extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using relational, data lake and/or Microsoft Synapse
- Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Data and Analytics initiatives such as SSRS reporting, analytics, data migration and Power BI support and development
- Understand complex business requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Work in a distributed environment with teams around the world
- Seamlessly shift between multiple, concurrent projects
- May require domestic travel up to 10%
Requirements & Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of related software experience
- 3 or more years of BI/Analytics software architecture experience
- 2 or more years of Dynamics ERP (AX/D365) experience
- 2 or more years of Power Platform experience
- Knowledge and experience with deploying database-specific technologies and techniques: Azure Data warehouse, SQL Server, T-SQL, Data Factory/SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, PowerShell, DDL, DML, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions
- Knowledge of working with source control management systems such as git is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 a plus
