JOB DESCRIPTION
• Analyze fraud risks and client applications, conduct technical feasibility and determine product fitment
• Configure business rules to automate issue detection and perform testing
• Support in design and implementation of enhancements
• Assist in developing proof of concepts
• Deploy web applications and client software
• Support User Acceptance Testing and production deployment
• Maintain and support applications deployed in production
• Conduct product demonstrations, support pre-sales and participate in reviews
• Work estimation and planning
• Ensure outstanding performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to mitigate and address the issues
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Collaborate with internal team and external stakeholders throughout the project’s lifecycle
• Participate and encourage knowledge sharing
• Help in defining and implementation of processes
