JOB DESCRIPTION
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you implement, track and optimize all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist has a strong knowledge of online marketing tools, is hands-on and can run campaigns from concept to execution.
You work with Esko’s global marketing teams and support marketing initiatives by developing and executing online programs.
Main responsibilities and key activities:
- You help executing Search Engine Marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC), with a clear focus on demand generation. You create, develop and maintain multilingual SEO and PPC campaigns.
- You will be a key contributor in the implementation of existing and new digital projects.
The website, ads, but also marketing automation, social media and e-commerce are your playground. - Conversion optimization: You set up A/B tests and optimize web pages in function of lead generation and enhancing user experience.
- Graphic design: You develop design concepts into campaign page layouts and templates
- Using the latest digital marketing tactics, you continuously improve Esko’s online web presence: increase awareness, web visits, lead generation and conversion.
- You measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns; analyze results and provide learnings and recommendations to improve the overall effectiveness of our efforts.
- You are part of a well structured digital marketing team. You support and work together with campaign managers and field marketeers to roll out global multichannel marketing campaigns.
You report to the Digital Marketing Manager
QUALIFICATION AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
- Proven 1-3 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience (global role is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Proven experience with creating, managing and optimising SEO and PPC campaigns, reporting on results
- Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Good knowledge of Analytics tools, social media and website metrics
- Experience with a marketing automation tool is a plus
- Familiarity with web design, css and html
- Proficient in English
