JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as per planning.
- Mapping of critical Instrumentation v/s spares.
- Compliance to preventive maintenance & calibration
- Responsible for review of existing IMS for increased effectively.
- Preparation of SOP for quick revival.
- Trouble shooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA system.
- Standardization of Identified field instruments.
- Responsible for raising purchase indent for various spares parts required by their department for maintenance work.
- To maintain all records related to instrumentation.
- Carrying out calibration of Instruments and documentation as per schedule.
- Observation of process operation and control of various installed instrumentation.
- Document and Report maintenance activities
- Maintain a list of all spares available
- Design maintenance strategies, procedures & methods in form of the maintenance manual.
- Conduct Utility consumption analysis and reporting.
