Job Description for Fractal Analytics Jobs 2021
- Looking for a Business Analyst who has strong process/Business knowledge and experience with Order-to-Cash processes with a heavy focus on Order Management.
- Experience in B2B client working with the business users/owners to understand the current Order-to-cash processes and work with the team in various locations/domains to provide process improvement and transformational services along with integration to key technologies including SAP, Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of core processes including Order Entry, Fulfilment, shipping, invoicing/billing.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. someone who can map the sales process in B2B from market to order till order to cash)
- Should have extensive experience in stakeholder management, BRD/FRD preparation, guiding the delivery team on business/functional understanding, helping in preparing the testing plan to do thorough validation, UAT sign-off & documentation
- Detailed requirements gathering and documentation preparation, which will include: Developing requirements with stakeholders who have difficulty articulating them, understanding the business processes and desired outcomes.
- Expertise in any of the data visualization tools like Qlikview, Qliksense, Power BI, or Tableau
- Good to have exposure to Python/SQL language and AI/ML concepts.
- Drive the development and support of self-service data and analytic solutions that empower the customer to explore and manage data insights
- Has worked in Agile development model during the development cycle.
- The individual should bring thought leadership and best practices in the area of data analytics and should be able to drive the conversations with clients on new and emerging trends in this space
- Capable of working with development teams locally and globally.
Role Description
- Strong Analytical thinking and client management experience with hands-on experience in problem-solving
- Take lead in the data synthesis process, solution design, and creation of actionable insights, Implications, and recommendations to address client’s business issues and /or identify opportunities in the areas of marketing and sales analytics
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Vision and ability to build and implement scaled solutions
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems

Qualification & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, sales operation, or Supply Chain
- Should have experience in delivering analytical solutions in a service organization
- Familiarity with sales operation processes (e.g. someone who can map the sales process in B2B from market to order till order to cash)
- Help leading organizations optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and bring visibility to potential customers
- Excellent at stakeholder management and ability to drive groups, including senior-level groups, to conclusions
- Ability to structure & solve business problems, innovating, where required. Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
