JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities:
Mysql server administration and optimization.
Have good knowledge with nginx configuration and administration.
Caching knowledge using varnish, memcache is plus.
Manage ISP and Webhosting Systems on required hardware platforms in a production environment with minimum downtime.
Knowledge of Apache, FTP, MySQL/Postgres and PHP.
Manage all internet applications inclusive to, but not limited to DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, Apache, Sendmail, Cyrus, Postifix, MySQL, PHP, and Puppet
SKILL-SET REQUIRED
Knowledge of :
Good knowledge inApache, FTP, MySQL/Postgres and PHP.
Good knowledge in Hosting control panel (cPanel, Plesk, etc.)
Good knowledge in Email (Postifx, Exim, dovecot, courier, mailenable, etc.)
Good knowledge inDNS (bind, mydns, powerdns, WindowsDNS, etc.)
Broad understanding and troubleshooting of IT/Server related hardware
Basic understanding and troubleshooting of IP based networks
Basic understanding and troubleshooting of virtualization platforms (Xen, VZ, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of the cPanel/WHM control panel.
Have knowledge with linux (debian systems is plus)
Advanced knowledge of the Linux operating system.
Knowledge of bash and perl shell scripting.
Advanced knowledge of Apache, MySQL, and Exim.
Flexible schedule.
