JOB DESCRIPTION
- An associate should have Good RF knowledge on- 3G,4G &5G planning & Designing, Drive test & Optimization, Site monitoring, and KPI performance.
Position task involves:
The current work will include standard LTE integrations and associated 3G jobs (if required) for example 3000 to 6000 cabinet conversion.
Decommissioning jobs or TMA conversion. No 3G work that involves neighbor tuning will be required from the Turnkey team.
Complex integration and Trials for the new hardware or process to be completed on-site and made BAU before assigned to Turnkey team.
If there are multiple frequencies being augmented for the same technology, for instance, the addition of LTE1800 and LTE2100, there will be only one set of integration data required including FRDB, Dibbler job, Quokka report, etc, and will be considered as a single project. Similarly, any supplementary work like the update of the WCDMA TMAs or cell decommissioning data that require minor reference type or NSD updates post LTE upgrade will be considered as part of the same LTE project.
Typical Project Types:-
New installations including:
o Macro Cell
o Small Cell
o Micro Cell
o Repeater Type installations,
· Augmentation of existing Installations.
Associate should be capable for:-
- Scope Management;
- Time Management including Planning and Scheduling;
- Resource management;
- Communication Management and Reporting including liaising with as required all project stakeholders;
- Change and Risk Management;
- Quality Management;
- OHS&E Management;
Skills & Experience:
Design Work, RF Engineering, RF Optimization, RF Planning & Designing
