Job Description for Juniper Networks Jobs 2022
- Triage and Resolve a variety of Support questions or issues from multiple inbound channels.
- Meet and exceed expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
- Provide technical updates to the team.
- Write automation scripts and, depending on bandwidth, may be asked to execute feature tests.

Must-Have Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1+ years experience in UI and API and Python programming.
- Familiarity with JSON and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging.
- Comfortable working with different teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm, composed and eloquent when taking care of difficult customer situations.
- Passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success, in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
- Knowledge in Networking is a plus
- Knowledge in WiFi is a plus
- Knowledge in Machine Learning is a plus
