The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support.

The LKS team within GSS is looking for a System Admin to support SumTotal LMS and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- LMS
- Optimize downstream access based on LMS enrollment (VFI).
- Thoroughly understand data extracts and downstream database (repository) schema.
- Maintain Course mapping for VFI, Site Analyzer, ACE Certification.
- Track, report, and troubleshoot connections and automated workflows to downstream applications.
- SEO
- Search engine optimization and administration.
- Analyze the integration points and data feed from various applications.
- Metadata management for content sources.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics
