JOB DESCRIPTION
Job involves aspects of civil work initiation, construction management, infrastructure management and overseeing, facility maintenance, post maintenance with respect to the civil works department. Coordination of various activities relating to civil and building maintenance at Narayana group branches Key action areas: Building maintenance, Facility Inspection, Hardware and Fitment maintenance, Water work inspection, Labour and materials management, Quality inspection, Safety and hazard identification, Sports infrastructure maintenance, Interior/exterior building aesthetics, Road laying works. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment associated Working under the direction of Civil Team Lead and operations head to coordinate provide excellent service with civil works at the branch level. Handling all secondary and tertiary responsibilities associated with organization needs at any particular time Infrastructure management and maintenance Extensive travelling between branches and manpower coordination Should be able to act as a POC for all civil related day to day issues at the branches Plan daily activities and order required materials ensure that all works are carried out to plans and specifications as instructed.
