EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Pass outs of any year, dropouts of any year can apply. Graduation is not mandatory.
- College students of any year; for example, if you are a 1st year student you will be given an offer with date of joining 3 years from now. If you dropout of college at any point before that, your joining will be advanced.
- No minimum marks required in any class or college.
- Any branch or bachelors program can apply.
- Understanding of any programming language, basic routines like loops, and simple algorithms involving recursion and iteration. Exposure to .NET Core/Java/Python with React/Angular/Vue is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
SELECTION PROCESS
Selection process for Neudesic Recruitment 2021 is:
- 3 Rounds of Interview – Online technical pseudocode MCQ paper (no time limit), Video group pseudocode technical interview (6 hours), Project Manager + HR interview (20 mins)
- All shortlist will be made based on speed and accuracy.
- In case of a tie – the candidate with more backlogs will be awarded the offer (this is not a mistake, you have read it correctly!)
