Job Description for Optum Off Campus Drive 2022
Responsibilities:
- Understand business functional requirement and ability to create ATDD test scenarios
- Develop and maintain reusable, data driven/Modular automated test scripts in one or more of the following tools: Lean FT, UFT, Selenium
- Work on In Sprint Automation and develop test scripts for given User Stories
- Creation of test planning and perform Test execution within the Sprints
- Develop and update Automated Regression test scripts
- Investigate issues and provide analysis
- Defect and trend tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Optum Off Campus Drive Eligibility Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Good experience in Java programming, DevOps: HP ALM, Jenkins, GitHub, XL Deploy, Cucumber, Gherkins
- Work experience in Automation tools like LeanFT/Selenium
- Work experience in Agile Testing
- Experience in VB/Java Scripting
- Knowledge on VBA (Excel/MS access Macro form designing)
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Intermediate knowledge in creating and working with automation frameworks (Modular/Keyword) for test script creation and modification
- Ability to assist with creating and maintaining automation support documents surrounding standards, policies, procedures and metrics
- Ability to incorporate automation with multiple development methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative and Agile
- Flexible to work in changing shifts with project requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- UFT/Lean FT Certification
- Experience working in UFT, Healthcare Domain
- Experience in Mainframe testing
