Job Description
Your Day – To- Day :
Interact with TS, TPM and PM to reproduce customer issues, understand the working of any functionality, prioritize bugs, incidents, improvements, fix issues and submit issues. This role requires getting in conversations with customers along with TS to reproduce issues or provide solutions.
Your Role :
As a member of the IoT CRT, resolve customer incident and bugs in Mashup builder, Composer. Interact with TS, PM, TPM, QA, NPD teams to get clarity on issues and resolve them quickly to meet SLA.
Your Impact :
CRT primary role is to help customers succeed when they adopt PTC’s IoT Products. When customers face issues, CRT steps in to directly support the customer and resolve issues within the agreed SLA thereby improving customer satisfaction.
Your Team :
Be a member of the IoT CRT Apps team. This team supports customer issues in IoT Apps and allows the core development teams to focus on new product development.

- Strong technical skills – javascript, Polymer, core java, databases, Debugging tools, IDE
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
