JOB PURPOSE
Spreading SME footprint in Large Market. Building positive relationships with customers. Assisting with generating new business. Identifying opportunities for greater profits.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying, Recruiting, and developing new channels with the potential of Commercial line of Business. (Like – Fire, Marine Liability, WC, GMC & GPA, etc).
- Recruiting Intermediaries having portfolio of commercial line of Business Responsible for generating Proposals from the appointed/Identified Intermediaries.
- Responsible for Procuring Quotation from the respective UW for the proposal received from the various channels and final closure of the Proposal in favor of the company.
- Maintaining balance in Intermediaries portfolio within the desired segment of various classes of business of SME vertical and ensure channel profitability.
- Responsible for fulfillment of the after-sales service requirements of the Channel like Policy/Endt documents, Claims payment, timely release of payouts, etc.
- Responsible for the training and development of the Intermediaries so that they are updated with the developments in the company/Industry pertaining to SME.
- Profile requires regular co-ordination with the UW, Operation, Claims & Accounts team Responsible for the performance of his/her team.
