About RSA
RSA (Rivest–Shamir–Adleman) is a public-key cryptosystem that is widely used for secure data transmission. It is also one of the oldest. The acronym RSA comes from the surnames of Ron Rivest, Adi Shamir, and Leonard Adleman, who publicly described the algorithm in 1977. An equivalent system was developed secretly, in 1973 at GCHQ (the British signals intelligence agency).

Job Description for RSA Jobs 2021
- Experience in technical support, systems administration, or a network environment that involves Advanced Centos/Redhat 7 or Other Linux Flavors and Windows Systems.
- Experience with IDS and SIEM
- Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Other Private Cloud Computing.
- Good knowledge of Database Oracle
- Good knowledge of various network protocols like SFTP, SMTP, and SNMP.
- Good knowledge in Network Storage like SAN/NFS
- Thorough understanding of large scale environments
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
- A process-oriented individual with strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent, detailed writing skills
- Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
- Ability to build consensus.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- The candidate must possess an understanding of basic debugging techniques such as analysis of dump files, tracing, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Salesforce CRM/Ticketing experience is a plus
- Prior RSA Products Experience is a plus/ Any SIEM Q Radar/ Splunk.
- CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or any third-party firewall certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Engages with customers and other technical resources by phone, video conference, and email to provide technical support and issue resolution
- Participates in facilitating problem recreation and failure analysis at the systems level
- Is responsible for sharing all problem resolution acquired knowledge with our client’s internal sales and support teams and our client’s customers when appropriate
- References interoperability and support matrixes as a customer support tool
- Monitors and tracks all assigned service calls and provides regular updates to internal customer services personnel and directly to customers when appropriate
- May act as the customer’s single point of contact for all service-related activities
- Escalate and explain problems with clarity to Senior and Advanced Technical Support Engineers.
- Keep Manager and key personnel within RSA updated on outstanding and important issues
- Compose technical solutions, for inclusion into the corporate knowledge database
- Make effective use of the existing Customer Services support databases and resources internally and externally.
- Search the knowledge base for solutions to customer problems and utilize relevant solutions.
- Ability to take on new challenges and learn new technologies
- Willing to work 24X7 environment
