ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Knowledge of Process Standards and models
- Review of existing Business Processes and drive process Re-engineering
- Discuss and finalize the revised business process with the respective functional heads
- Identification of Business process for automation
- Derive the benefit expected on automating the process
- Assist in the implementation on the automation process
- Monitor the metrics identified during short listing of the process
- Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements.
- Responsible in identifying process issues / challenges and solution.
- Responsible for optimizing cost.
- Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.
- Ensure compliance with Company’s information security policies and procedure.
- Ensure IT standards are being implemented at all levels.
- Maintain strong and trusted working relationships, effective communication with business leadership, vendors and other. Managing periodic service review with concern departments.
