ABOUT CMRL
The Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL), a joint venture between Government of India and the Government of Tamil Nadu built and operates the Chennai Metro.
The Chennai Metro is a rapid transit system serving the city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It is the third longest metro system in India after Delhi Metro and Hyderabad metro. The system commenced service in 2015 after partially opening the first phase of the project.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Candidates applying for the Technical & Non-Technical Intern post must possess the following desired qualification:
- Engineering Graduates from colleges recognized by AICTE or Premier Engineering Institutes or Any other Govt. recognized Institues/University, who are presently pursuing 3rd year (6th semester) and above are eligible to apply for internship in Engineering discipline.
- Students pursuing Charted Accountancy (CA) and passed all groups of intermediate examination from Institute of chartered Accountant of India are eligible to apply for internship in CA.
- The candidates should attach bonafide certificate issued by the concerned Institute to pursue internship. In case of non submission of bonafide certificate, candidate will not eligible further selection process.
