JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who is extremely passionate about front end and backend software development for our wide range of cloud-based web / mobile B2B & B2C products targeted towards a wide range of industries and applications. You will be based in our new ground-breaking innovation hub with an atmosphere of start-up and get an opportunity to work and collaborate with internal and external technology specialist in areas of AI, IOT, VR/AR.
SKILL-SET REQUIRED
• Profound long-term professional cloud-based web/mobile software development experience
• Strong experience in building hybrid apps using Angular with Ionic framework as the front-end technology. Experience in cross platform technology like flutter
• Strong experience in Node.Js , Python, PHP as the backend technology.
• Strong experience in working with Microservice Architecture
• Strong experience in working with AWS cloud platform
• Knowhow of CI/CD tools and methodologies is a plus
• Experience of agile software development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Great team player and ability to work in a highly international team
• Willingness to sometimes travel nationally and internationally to various Continental R&D centers and external development partner locations
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Actively participate in all stages of the agile development cycle, cooperate with product owners, UI/UX designers, developers and testers
• Monitor external software development partners and ensure they follow correct architechture and technology guideline laid out by Continental
• Apply latest software design methodologies – design patterns, whitebox / blackbox tests, static/dynamical code analysis, ensuring pragmatic, clean and sustainable code implementations
• Staying abreast of developments in areas of web/mobile app development technologies.
• Participate in the project from conception to finished product to analyze technical risk and provide mitigation strategies and solution options
