ABOUT DRDO
The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is an agency under the Department of Defence Research and Development in the Ministry of Defence of the Government of India, charged with the military’s research and development, headquartered in Delhi, India. It was formed in 1958 by the merger of the Technical Development Establishment and the Directorate of Technical Development and Production of the Indian Ordnance Factories with the Defence Science Organisation.

Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit for SC / ST / Jammu & Kashmir Domiciled is 5 Years, OBC(Non-Creamy Layered) Candidates is by 3 years & for PWD Candidates is 10 Years.
SELECTION PROCESS
Selection Procedure for DRDO Recruitment 2021 involves :
- Merit List
- No interview will be held due to ongoing pandemic. Board constituted by the Director, Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur for the purpose will go through the applications, and shortlist the candidates (as per the vacancies indicated above).
- Candidates will be selected strictly on the merit basis (percentage/ marks of essential qualification). Only selected candidates will be informed through offer letter.
